The hotel was very clean and had great facilities including a lovely swimming pool. The staff were polite and helpful in fulfilling all of my requests. It was conveniently located just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to get around this city.

You can eat at esplanade shopping center, which is set 1000 feet away from the property. In love with patra place. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. A comfortable base for exploring Bangkok.

The room clean,,
but, uncomforted to find thing to eat, not bus service pass, walk quite far and dark , dangerous when walk to shopping center. wifi. should be free for customer.

The hotel had a nice swimming pool and gym for guests. The lobby was also spacious and well-maintained. the rooms were quite spacious and had good air conditioning.
The hotel had poor internet connectivity, with no wifi available in the rooms unless an additional fee was paid. The location of the hotel was also quite far from the city center and public transportation options were limited.

The hotel has exclusive amenities that fulfill luxurious needs such as a Spa & wellness centre and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. the restaurant offers delicious and diverse meals even on the in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area provides an enjoyable atmosphere.
the service was great and the staff provided excellent attention.

The hotel is located close to the airport and easily accessible. The rooms are adequate with a large bed, and the hotel staff is very friendly. They were always ready to help us with a smile on their faces. We also enjoyed the spotless housekeeping service.
One of the worst aspects of our stay was the breakfast. There was a large tour group from East Asia that was very loud and pushed and shoved while getting food. The staff limited us to one egg and we had to get our own if we wanted more. The buffet breakfast was not enjoyable due to this group's rude aggressiveness. Also, the hotel was quite far from the main attractions, and it was not close to the metro or sky train, which made it inconvenient for us to travel around the city.
